"Experience was good but I would have felt better if I would have received some type of notification/confirmation 24 hours prior to pickup. Without made me slightly concerned. Reason being the car hire company (not yours) that I had booked for my arrival at Heathrow to take me to Bury St Edmunds, cancelled me while I was standing at baggage claim. And I had to scramble to acquire transport to BSE before my rental car office closed that day.. Granted the company is reimbursing their fare, however the alternate transportation cost significantly more than their fee."
